Afghanistan & india both tried good relationship with pakistan so they can get passage from pakistan to do business with other countries including pakistan. But pakistan is ruled by some political families and pakistani army, ISI doesn’t want it because they want rule pakistan and loot pakistan. Their whole business is depending on imaginary threat from india & Afghanistan, hatred for Hindus of india. They don’t want peace. They get aid from US, Saudi Arabia, china etc so they don’t have to worry about money.
